The question I have asked all the time is how I stay healthy while eating and traveling non-stop. I work out a lot! At least 30 mins each day on the regular and I attempt to walk 10,000 steps daily. Shot in Miami, Florida!
Inside this video my coach Julian demonstrates you one of the numerous 10-minute workout routines I do everyday while traveling. You do not require weights , a machine or a matt. All you need is dedication and you’ll be able to stay healthy while eating and traveling non-stop food that is tasty.
Here is my 10 minute Tabata workout routine:
Jumping Jacks – 10 Seconds
High Knees – 10 Seconds
Butt Kicks – 10 Seconds
Tabata Routine 1:
Push Ups – 20 Seconds
10 Second Break
Mountain Climbers – 20 Seconds
Tabata Routine 2:
Jump Squats – 20 Seconds
Push Up and Turn – 20 Seconds
Tabata Routine 3:
Sumo Squat Hops – 20 Seconds
Burpee with Push-Ups – 20 Seconds
Repeat every regular 8 days for a complete 8 Minute Tabata Workout. I suggest doing one of these per day or doing a mixture. Men and women need a 20 minute break which makes the entire time approximately 10 minutes although julian states 8 minutes.
This is the way to stay healthy while traveling in 10 minutes every day! I’ll do more fitness movies to give you options while traveling to stay healthy.
